General Notes
Minimum Stay Requirements:
Two night reservations are requested for weekends and peak foliage season, three nights on certain holiday weekends.
Deposit:
All reservations must be secured by a deposit equal to 50% of the reserved stay, with a minimum of one room night.
Cancellation Policy:
Due to our intimate size, any cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Should you cancel your stay twenty-one (21) days or more prior to your arrival, we will be happy to hold your deposit for a future stay, or arrange for a refund less a $25.00 processing fee.
Within the 21 days, we do not normally refund, but we will make every effort to re-book the room and in the event that we are successful, we will hold your deposit for a future stay.
Arrival day cancellations, late arrivals, early departures or no shows will be responsible for the entire reserved stay unless we are able to rebook the room.
Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in is anytime after 2:00 pm.
Please call if you will be arriving later than 10:00PM. We'll be happy make arrangements.
Check-out is at 11:00 am.
