General Notes
The Swan House is
physically located in the town of Camden
and
within the walking distance (10 minutes or 5 blocks) to the
center of town.
Important Note: In
consideration for the comfort and security of
all of our guests, we are unable to accept
reservations or allow check-in if the arrival
time is past 9:00 p.m.
Maximum guest capacity per
room is two (2), with the exception of the Swan
Lake Loft Room which can accommodate up
to three (3) guests. Well behaved children
over 14
years of
age are welcome.
During the months of July, August, September, and October, we are happy to make weekend reservations for a minimum two night stay.
One night weekend accommodations can be arranged on a last minute or drop in basis
depending on availability.

and Telephone in all rooms.
