Well-behaved children over 16 years welcome. Smoking outdoors only. Sorry, absolutely no pets allowed. All Policies also apply to both cottages. (6 person maximum in Guest House; 8 person maximum at Hilltop). Cottages are rented by the week only mid-June through Labor Day. Bed and Breakfast requires a 2 night minimum stay on weekends; 3 night minimum required on Holiday weekends.
Single night reservations during the week will incur a $20.00 per room upcharge. For more availability, please check next door at www.driftwoodny.com
