General Notes
ALL rooms are non-smoking.
Occationally we have rooms set up for "pets", but pet rooms cannot be booked online - must call the motel. SORRY, HAD TO SUSPEND PET POLICY FOR A WHILE!!!
Cancel Policy: There is a $20 charge for canceled reservations during NON-peak periods; a $20 credit is than applied to the next non-peak booking (thus no charge for non-peak reservation changes). All sales are final for holidays and weekends, BUT if plans change, we will try to “re-sell” your reservation – and if we are successful, you’ll be released from the obligation except for a $10 rebooking fee. We also provide non-peak comp stays for that rare occasion when we do need to charge.
