If a booking has come in within the last 30 minutes, it may not be on this calendar yet, we get booking by phone calls and emails and will have to update this calendar. Please call us if you have a question.
Reservation Deposits: * Upon making a multi-night reservation, a 50% deposit will be charged to your credit card. * This guarantees your reservation. * The remaining balance will be due 35 days prior. * Reservations made within or less than 30 days of arrival will be charged in full. Cancellations: * Should you have to change or cancel your reservation for any reason, we require at least 45 day advance notice. * Many times we hold a reservation for up to 6 - 9 months and lose many potential bookings if the dates held are cancelled. * We will refund 50% of your booking, when you cancel, IF you cancel in the named time frame. * If the entire days we held for you are re-booked (and fulfilled) we will refund the remainder of your paid amount, minus a $75 fee. * With the required amount of notice, we will refund your deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee. * Reservations cancelled less than 45 days of your reserved arrival date, will not be refunded. * If we are able to re-book your stay we will refund the re-booked portion, less the $75 cancellation fee. * Refund will take place when the re-booking has been fulfilled. KEEP IN MIND, WE ARE NOT LIKE THE BIG HOTELS AND MOTELS ACROSS THE COUNTRY. IF YOU BOOKING IS IN QUESTION WE SUGGEST YOU PURCHASE THIRD PARTY TRAVEL INSURANCE.
All rentals have a 3 night minimum for Columbus Day weekend, does not have to include Monday.
Thanksgiving week, has a 5 night minimum for Uncle Pete's Cabin and the Magnolia Cabin.
