Cabins : Rates are for the first 2 guests. A 2-night minimum stay is requested but not required.

2-Hour Early Check-In : $25 / 2-Hour Late Check-Out : $25 - Per Unit - This may not be available if the group staying before you or arriving after you has already requested it.
Payments : We accept Visa / Mastercard /Discover as forms of payment. 50% of the total amount due (up to $500) will be charged to your credit card upon confirmation. Unless other payment arrangements have been made, the remaining amount due will be charged to the credit card we have on file roughly 2 weeks before your arrival date.
Cancellation Policy : You will receive a full refund (minus a 10% cancellation fee) with at least 30 days notice. After that, there is a cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days from the date of your stay, the cancellation fee is 50% of the amount due.
If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days from the date of your stay, the cancellation fee is 100%, the full amount is due and no refund will be given.
For no-shows or early departures, the full amount is due.
We are not a big hotel chain, so our policies are not set in stone. We try to be as understanding as possible. Please let us know if anything comes up and we will attempt to work with each situation on an individual basis.
Reservation & Deposit Policy : We require a credit card on file in order to hold a reservation. We charge a 50% deposit up front and will charge the credit card that is provided with the reservation. We will charge your credit card for the remaining amount roughly 2 weeks before your arrival date or pay at the office when you check in.
Damage Deposit / Broken Items : We do not collect a damage deposit up front. However, the credit card on file may be used to cover damage to the units, including (but not limited to) broken glass / windows, damage to the furniture, damage to fixtures, missing items, and will also include time to and from the nearest town to replace these items. For example, if a $20 pool cue is found damaged in the fireplace, then the cost to replace it will be $50, which includes 2 hours of time and gas to get to the nearest sporting goods store and back.
