General Notes
Please Note: To request a reservation, please fill out and submit the reservation form online or call us at 315-353-2941. While we strive to maintain the accuracy our online calendar, room availability is not guaranteed or confirmed until you receive a booking invoice from us though PayPal. Upon receipt, your invoice must be paid within three (3) days (including weekends) in order to confirm your booking. Please see below for our booking, deposit, and cancellation policies. 

Booking Policy: 

In order to provide the best online customer experience possible, The Nest Egg uses a booking program that will immediately reserve your room(s) the moment you complete and submit the registration form. Once we receive your reservation request, we will send you a PayPal invoice for your deposit (20% of the total cost of stay). The invoice will be valid for 3 business days after the send date and must be paid within this time to finalize your booking. If payment of the deposit is not received with the 3 business days, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation request and will notify you of this via email. 

Deposit Policy: 

At The Nest Egg, we value our customers greatly and desire to provide a reliable, hassle-free experience when planning your stay with us. In order to continue to ensure room availability, we require a 20% deposit (plus tax) at the time of booking. This deposit will be subtracted from your total bill and is refundable under the conditions of our cancellation policy. We also understand that working with a deposit may be a source of difficulty for some of our customers and for various reasons. If you need to speak to someone about the deposit, please contact Lana Rodriguez at (315) 353-2941. Exceptions to the deposit policy will be evaluated case-by-case and are subject to approval. 

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellations will be addressed based on criteria:  

  • Reservations canceled prior to 30 days of stay will receive a full refund of the deposit or payment. 
  • Reservations canceled within 30 days but prior to one (1) week of stay will receive a 50% refund of deposit or payment.
  • Reservations canceled within 1 week of stay are not eligible for refund.*
