50% deposit is required to guarantee a reservation. Pay with VISA or Mastercard. Cancellations must be made no less than 14 days prior to your arrival date (or 28 days during peak seson and holidays), in order to receive a refund. A $25 cancellation fee per room will be deducted from the deposit. You will be charged the full amount of your stay if you cancel, for ANY reason, within the time period specified above. We will only refund or provide credit for a future stay if we sell the room. You may change your reservation with no penalty if done at least 14 days (or 28 days during peak season and holidays) before your scheduled arrival. Sorry, no pets allowed. Smoking is permitted outdoors only on the front deck. Smoking is prohibited on the private decks.
