Balance due three days before arrival. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival can not be refunded. Cancellations more than 14 days in advance will be refunded less a $25.00 service charge. Pets allowed with prior notice, a $25.00 fee and carrier when unattended. Breakfast supplies available on arrival at an additional charge.
