General Notes
MIN. NIGHT STAY REQUIREMENTS:
 * A 3 night minimum is normally required however reservations for 2 nights may be accepted, but please note a $50 cleaning surcharge will be added to your reservation.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS:
 A 50% deposit is due at time reservation is made. The other 50% is due two weeks prior to reservation. This amount will be charged to your credit card unless you make other arrangements with us.
An additional, refundable $250 Damage Deposit will be charged with final payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
 A $200 cancellation fee will apply to any cancellations that are made less than two weeks prior to your arrival date.
