General Notes
Cancellations rceived more than 14 days, from scheduled arrival date, will have the deposit refunded minus the $35.00 cancellation fee per room reserved per night. A $35.00 cancellation administrative processing fee applies to all cancellations. Cancellations received 14 days or less before scheduled arrival date, will be refunded if the reservation is able to be rebooked in its entirety. A $35.00 cancellation fee applies if refunded. For reservation of 2 or more guestrooms: Cancellation must be received more than 21 days from date of arrival for deposit to be refundable minus the cancellation fee. cancellations less than 21 days will have deposit refunded if reservation is able to be rebooked in its entirety. Reservations of 1 night are nonrefundable. Room rates are based on double occupancy only. (2 guests per room maximum - no exceptions) Your reservation is confirmed when you receive an itemized reservation information email from Clark Point Inn within 24 hours of submitting your request. We welcome young guests age 14+ We are unable to accommodate guests pets but we are happy to offer suggestions for nearby kennels. The Inn, porches, fire escape stairwells & surrounding grounds are NON SMOKING areas. We reserve the right to apply a nonrefundable $250.00 cleaning charge, to the credit card on file, per each guestroom that is affected by smoking.
