BOOKING:
You can not book on-line for same day check in (arriving today). Please call/text me at 301/996-8910 for availability for same day check-in. We allow well behaved and supervised children 13 and older. No smoking is allowed anywhere inside. Check-in is after 4PM & checking out is by 11AM.
DEPOSIT AND BALANCE:
When reserving a room your deposit is your first night's fee. Balance (if any) will be taken at check-in using the same credit card used at booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancel by 9PM ten full days prior - receive your deposit less $25
Cancel by 9PM three full days prior - receive half of your deposit
Cancel with less than 3 full days - full deposit forfeited
Third person in Sussex & Kent Room add $35.00 per night
Extra Queen Room with Kent Room - up to 4 (shared bath) add 60%
