In season, our rates include a complimentary full Country Breakfast.

During our winter season (Jan-Apr) we serve a complimentary Continental Breakfast.

Most rates are based on Double Occupancy (two persons in room).
Family Suite rates are based on 3 persons in room, additional adult or child surcharge will apply.
Single Room rate is based on 1 person. Surcharge will apply for additional adult or child sharing room.

Additional adults in room: $25.00 pp, per night. Children ages 5-12 sharing room with 2 adults: $12.00. Child under 5 years - no charge. Cribs: $20.00 per stay.
Special Event weekends may have different surcharges.

May 24-26, 2013 is a Special Event Weekend / Middlebury College Commencement.
A non-refundable deposit (by check) in the amount of 50% of the total reservation cost is required for all reservations on this weekend, to be received no later than January 15, 2013.
There is an immediate $75.00 cancellation fee, per room, for any reservation cancelled for this weekend.
Surcharge for additional adults in the room is $50.00 per night.
Children under 12 sharing room with parents are $25.00 per night. Children under 5, no charge.
