General Notes
A deposit of 50% of your stay is required to reserve the Cottage or Suite. Should your plans change, be sure to CALL us within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date to ensure a refund of your deposit minus a 10% of deposit or $35.00 (whichever is greater) cancellation fee. October reservations require 30 days advance notice of cancellation. If cancellation is made after the advance notice period, your deposit cannot be refunded. If cancellation is made within 24 hours before scheduled arrival, the full-stay amount will be charged to your credit card. There are no refunds for early check-outs. Reservations made less than 14 days in advance will be charged for the full-stay at the time of reservation with no refunds. Guests are financially responsible for any damage or breakage beyond normal wear and tear. Bittersweet Partners, LLC shall not be held liable for any loss, or injury sustained, by you, or any member of your party, during your stay. The maximum occupancy of the Cottage and Suite is 2 persons per unit. No additional overnight quests are allowed without prior approval. The Cottage and Suite are NON-SMOKING inside the units. As much as we love animals, and in particular our dog Ethel, we cannot accommodate your pets at Bittersweet. Policies are subject to change without notice.
