General Notes
A member may reserve a bedroom up to 365 days in advance of the first day of the reservation.
Please note that room rates are guaranteed through the end of the current year and are subject to change for reservations of dates subsequent to the current year.

Cancellations made at least 15 days prior to arrival will not incur any cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 15 days of the arrival date will result in a charge equivalent to one night's rental for each room cancelled. In the event that 8 or more rooms are booked for the same date, cancellations must be made 30 days in advance.

Children are permitted to stay in the bedrooms; however, an adult of at least 21 years of age must accompany the child in the room, unless prior approval is received. For other policies related to our guest rooms, please refer to the Reservations & Policies tab on the website.
