Our rates are displayed above on the left of the chart. Seasonal specials (which reduce the rates displayed on the chart) are available by clicking the "Specials" link above the calendar. Then simply write the special rate requested in the "Comments/Requests" section of our online booking form. Multiple discounts cannot be combined!!!
For all vacation rental units, please note the application of the exit cleaning fees, which are a minimum of $80, $120, $160 and $200 for a three night stay in, respectively, a one-, two-, three-, or four-bedroom home. For stays exceeding three nights, an additional $20 will be charged per night, up to a maximum of $120, $160, $200 or $240 (one-, two-, three- or four-bedrooms). In ALL units we assume an occupancy of two people per listed room and charge an extra $25 nightly for additional guests beyond that number. Breakfast is NOT included in vacation rentals.
Minimum stays are typically (but not always) required on weekends during high season and for larger homes. Additional minimum stay requirements may apply for certain holidays and special events. Indian Market is a four-night minimum (unless filling a "hole"). Call for further information.
A 30-50% deposit (depending on the home booked) payable by check is required at the time of reservation (this requirement may be waived if it would be impossible to get a check to us in the available time). The deposit must be received within 7 working days of making your reservation. For your convenience you may HOLD your reservation with a credit card at the time you make your reservation, while the check is "in the mail:)"
Vacation Rental Cancellations: For one- and two-bedroom vacation rentals we have a 14-day cancellation notification requirement, and for three- and four bedroom vacation rentals a 30-day cancellation notification requirement. If the stay is cancelled within that time frame, we will charge the full price of the reservation unless we rebook all or part of the stay, in which case we will refund the amount received in the rebooking, minus a nominal rebooking fee. Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for their fully reserved stay. Certain vacation rental homes may have different cancellation/deposit policies, so check on that at booking.
Indian Market is an exception as we require a 30-day cancellation notice even for one- and two-bedroom homes, a 4-night minimum, and a 100% check deposit for all stays. You will receive a full refund if you cancel outside of 30 days.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM on, but you may call or email the day before arrival to check whether an earlier check-in is available.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
