CANCELLATION POLICY: All rentals must be cancel 2 weeks prior to arrival for deposit to be refunded, $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from deposits refunded.
Any reservation made for the following holidays, school vacations or foliage season requires a 30 day cancellation notice by mail, e-mail: CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR'S, MLK WEEKEND,FEBRUARY SCHOOL VACATION WEEKS, MEMORIAL WEEKEND, 4TH OF JULY, LABOR DAY WEEKEND.
Minimum 2 or 3 nights stay is required weekends, during holidays, school vacations and fall foliage. One night stay subject to availability.
Rates are based on 2 adults, and does not include 9% NH Rentals Tax.
