General Notes:Deposits: For stays less than a week, one half of the rental total is required. For weekly rentals half of the weekly amount is required. Cancellation Policy: There is no cancellation allowed June-August, Holidays, or dates of area special events, ie: Birkiebiner, Fat Tire, Deer hunting season, etc. If you must cancel, deposits will only be refunded if NCVR is ablt to rent those dates you reserved. For dates other than those stated above, there is a 45 day cancellation policy. Please bring your own bath and swimming towels!!! |
