General Notes:**Cancellation policy: Cancellations made (for most stays) 7 days prior to arrival will recieve a full refund minus a $20 service charge per room reserved. Cancellations (for most stays) withing 7 days of arrival will be subject to a charge equal to the first night's rate. Cancellations for all group, holiday, and special events are subject to a charge of 50% of reserved stay but no less than one night's stay per room reserved. |
