NOTE: For advance reservations there is a 2-night minimum for weekends and 3-night minimum for holiday/event weekends. Exceptions can be made in the event that there is a 'hole' in the schedule that offers a 1- or 2-night booking. ~~~REQUIREMENTS FOR RESERVATION CONFIRMATION: Advance reservations require a Deposit of the first night's lodging plus 9.7% tax which will be charged to the credit card number provided by the registrant. The Balance due will be charged to this credit card 30 days in advance of the reservation date noted on your confirmation unless WolfRidge management is notified by the 'registered guest'/cardholder as to other arrangements they wish to make regarding payment. Cardholder understands and agrees to Cancellation Policy as stated below. ~~~CANCELLATION POLICY: For advance reservations we require 30-days' notice in order to provide cardholder assurance of a full refund of Deposit/Balance paid. Cancellation with less than 14 days' notice may result in forfeiture of both Deposit and Balance charges unless date canceled can be re-sold. WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO RE-SELL THE DATES/ROOMS AND WILL REFUND ACCORDINGLY. NOTE: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR "NO SHOWS"!! ~~~Hot tub is open year-round. ~~~Heated pool is open mid-May through mid-September unless weather permits an earlier opening and/or later closing. ~~~DIRECTIONS: PLEASE FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS THAT ARE PROVIDED ON OUR WEBSITE. If you have GPS, or if you do a location/address map search online, the directions given will most likely be faulty. ~~~BEGINNING JULY 1, 2010, THERE WILL BE A MINIMAL RATE INCREASE OF APPROXIMATELY 4%.
